Nottingham Forest have agreed a deal with Ipswich Town for Omari Hutchinson, talkSPORT understands.Forest look set to bring the attacking midfielder to the City Ground in a transfer worth around £37.5million.4 Hutchinson is on his way back to the Premier League Credit: GettyHutchinson will now decide if he wants to complete the move.A move would see his former club Chelsea earn around £4million due to the reported 25 per cent sell-on clause they included in his sale.The Blues sold the former Arsenal academy starlet to Ipswich for an initial £20m plus £2.5m in add-ons last summer.Hutchinson is yet to have played for the Tractor Boys this season amid the uncertainty surrounding his future at Portman Road.After their penalty shootout defeat to Bromley in the Carabao Cup, Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna revealed why he didn't feature."He trained on Monday okay and then felt he couldn't contribute today with the situation as it is. That was his decision."He made his desire to continue to play Premier League football if the opportunity is there."I think it's known how much care and empathy we have for him, he's a young player, 21 years old, it's not an easy situation to handle."There's different ways to handle the situation.
