Men's Tennis Noah Schlagenhauf captures 50th win in Day Two of Farnsworth Invitational at Pair of Tournaments

OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss men's tennis completed its second day of the Farnsworth Invitational in Princeton, New Jersey, along with the Georgia Tech Invitational in Atlanta, Georgia, on Friday.

In the Farnsworth Invitational, senior Noah Schlagenhauf captured his 50th win against Meecah Bigun of Princeton, 6-1, 7-6 (7-2).

Loan Lestir kept the momentum going for the Rebels by defeating Evan Wen of Princeton, 6-4, 2-2 ret. The sophomore standout is currently on a five-match win streak, which continues from the SEC-ACC Challenge, where he earned the Outstanding Player Award.

Pietro Pampanin captured a victory against Aleksandar Mitric of Princeton, 3-6, 6-1, 6-4, to earn his fifth collegiate singles victory.

Kai Milburn also found success in singles, getting a gritty win over Santiago Valle of St. Joes's, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1.

Milburn and Pampanin wrapped up the Farnsworth Invitational for the Rebels, securing an, 8-6, win against Princeton's duo of Evan Wen and Meecah Bigun, to move on to the next round as a pair.

In the other tournament Ole Miss participated in today (Georgia Tech Invitational), Benjamin Martin led the way, defeating Jim Ji of Yale, 6-2, 6-4.

Gordon Whitwell and Benjamin Martin finished the day defeating Richard Biagiotti and Owen DeMuth of Georgia Tech, 8-2.

Martin will advance to the next round of the Georgia Tech Invitational.
