HOUSTON – The Rice men's tennis team capped off the Ralston/Neufeld Coaches Challenge with a strong performance Sunday, closing the weekend with a doubles sweep.Yair Sarouk and Rafael Botran continued their success in doubles play, rolling past Lubbock Christian's Kelly Giese and Pablo Segura 6-0. The win moved Sarouk to 6-5 and Botran to 8-1 in doubles this season.Botran stayed hot in singles, defeating Giese 6-4, 6-4, while Noey Do added another win for the Owls with a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Segura to improve to 6-4 on the year.ResultsDoublesSarouk/Botran (Rice) def.
