Anushka Sharma gets emotional during Premanand Maharaj's ashram visit with Virat

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli recently visited Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Ashram in Vrindavan. In one of the viral videos from their visit, the couple is seen interacting with Premanand Maharaj when the actor got teary-eyed.

The video featured Virat and Anushka diligently listening to Premanand Maharaj as he gave them life lessons. Suddenly, engrossed in the conversation, Sharma was seen getting emotional as she tried to hold back her tears.

On Tuesday, May 13, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma visited Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Ashram in Vrindavan, where they held a spiritual conversation, known as Ekantik Vartalaap, with Shri Hit Premanand Govind Sharan Ji Maharaj. The couple received blessings from the spiritual leader.

This marked their second visit to the ashram this year. In January, the two had travelled with their children to meet Maharaj Ji and pay their respects.

In recent years, the couple's spiritual side has been quite evident. In 2023, they visited the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain and have also been spotted at Neem Karoli Baba’s ashram in Uttarakhand, along with several other temples.

Their visit came a day after Virat Kohli’s retirement announcement from Test cricket. He ended a remarkable 14-year-long red-ball career, scoring 9,230 runs in 123 matches, with 30 centuries and 31 fifties to his name.
